The location and date of collection of mosquitoes positive for WNV is posted below.

First positive mosquitoes were detected! Culex salinarius  (pool of 6 specimen) collected from Garden City on August 4.

August 18 - positive mosquitoes from Garden City (Culex pipiens and Culex salinarius)

August 19 - positive mosquitoes from Wakeeney (Culex restuans)

September 16 - positive mosquitoes from Scott City (Culex tarsalis)
